On September 12, 2025, Youth Voice for Small Business (YVSB), in partnership with the Asian Chamber of Commerce (ACC), presented its tariff petition to the U.S. Congress through Congressman Al Green.

Earlier this year, in April, YVSB launched a petition on Change.org calling for immediate relief for small businesses from tariff shocks and advocating for long-term policy reforms to protect America’s Main Street enterprises. The petition has since gained growing support, prompting YVSB to take the initiative further by seeking Congressional attention to advance its goals and urge lawmakers to prioritize policies that reduce tariff burdens.

In the presentation, YVSB and ACC specifically called for Congressional leadership in developing legislative solutions that address the unique vulnerabilities of small businesses amid global trade instability.
